International Cannabis Court:
International Cannabis Court (ICC) has declared Cannabis / Hemp”Law” is no longer in existence. Any and all agency existing before the International Hemp Agency™ (the IHA™) are heretofore declared Null and Void.
The International Governing Bodies have Asserted Authority based upon “False Claims” and therefore no longer have any jurisdiction over Cannabis / Hemp.
The 2011 Draft Cannabis Genome clearly demonstrates Cannabis / Hemp is absent of THC production and safe to cultivate, possess and consume.
These plants’ bio-synthetic pathways are absent of delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-9-THC). THC is produced through careful curing much the way wine is made from grapes.
Cultivation, Possession and Use of Cannabis/Hemp are inherent & inalienable Rights.
International Hemp Agency™ Asserts Authority over Cannabis / Hemp modeled in Accordance with the U.S. Declaration of Independence which clearly states:
“endowed by their Creator”
Legal Definition: Creator – whomever the governed chooses.

Legal Definition: Inalienable – rights that cannot be given, nor taken away.

Legal Definition: Consent – permission or agreement.
