Building Careers. Building Communities.

Government-funded healthcare workforce training delivered in partnership with Uplift Communities. Preparing underserved communities for high-demand careers.

Economic Infrastructure, Not Just Job Training

Delivered through Uplift Communities, IHA's workforce development programs prepare individuals in underserved communities for careers in high-demand industries — starting with healthcare. Our current flagship program, funded by the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development, serves underserved NYC residents with comprehensive training that includes clinical skills, professional development, and career placement support.

This is not job training. It is economic infrastructure — building the capacity for self-sustaining prosperity in communities that have been systematically excluded from opportunity.
